How we work
From first conversation to closeout.
RiverHill's process is built for owners who want clarity, accountability, and a contractor who stays involved, not one who disappears after the contract is signed.
- 01
Preconstruction & scope
Align scope, schedule, and budget, then plan the work before anything moves.
We start with a straight conversation about what you're building, who's involved, and what success looks like: scope, schedule assumptions, and budget ranges aligned up front. Then subcontractor procurement, value engineering, and coordination with your architect and vendors set up a clean mobilization, with permits, logistics, and long-lead items identified early.
- Scope & budget alignment
- Trade coordination & value engineering
- Mobilization plan

Construction
Founder-led oversight with clear communication and accountable execution.
RiverHill's partners stay involved through construction, not handed off to a junior PM. Weekly updates, proactive issue resolution, and quality checks keep the job on track and the paperwork current.
- Weekly progress updates
- Quality inspections
- Documented decisions
- 03
Closeout
Punch list, warranties, and turnover, done right the first time.
Final inspections, as-builts, lien releases, and warranty documentation are handled systematically. You get a space that's ready to operate, with a closeout package that holds up.
- Punch-list completion
- Warranty docs
- Final turnover package
